No Rep Riot - Return & Refund Policy

At No Rep Riot, we create bold, made-to-order apparel that represents your hustle. Because every item is custom-printed just for you, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email help@norepriot.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Your order number

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund - no sweat.

No Returns or Exchanges

Since all our gear is custom-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size orders (check the size chart before ordering!)
  • Buyer’s remorse or style changes

Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production starts, and we can’t make changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with your carrier or neighbors first. We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do our best to help.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
